RATEWAREXL WS Call Is Not Working For 9 Digit Postal Codes (Doc ID 2333567.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform a planning, LTL rates are not getting picked for shipments with location having postal code with 9 digit and the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Order Management -> Order Release -> Order Release
2. Search for Order
3. Go to Action -> Operational Planning -> Create Buy Shipment -> Direct
4. Click OK

The above error appears.
