Unable To Transfer Concurrent Request Output To SFTP Server (Doc ID 2333793.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Other Issues

Unable to transfer the Concurrent Request output to the SFTP server.
The Concurrent request log file indicates a delivered file, "Uploading output to FTP server <host.domain>...Concurrent request completed successfully", but there is not any file on SFTP server.

The xdo.log file contains the following error message:


"[090417_140223852][][EXCEPTION] java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketConnect(Native Method)
...
[090417_140232518][oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.ssh2.SFTPDeliveryRequestHandler][EXCEPTION] java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.ssh2.transport.TransportProtocolClient.startSFTPClient
..."
