Forgot your password link in notification points to internal url for external users

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
===================
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Application
2. Click: Hyperlink >> "Login Assistance"
3. Forgot Password ->> Enter >> User Name >> Click: "Forgot Password"
5. Launches >> Reset Password Notification with the internal URL.
