Symptoms

The Project Supplier Invoice Account Generation PAAPINVW process, fails to generate GL account - blank error message.
Further error messages show:

fatal error: error stack -- pa_acc_gen_wf_pkg.ap_inv_generate_account error stack
Error stage: 390
Error Message: ORA-20002: 3136: Item 'PAAPINVW/' cannot be accessed while synchronous process in progress.
