Symptoms

Applied <patch 22152218:R12.PJC.B> (PERFORMACE ISSUE WITH PRC: DISTRIBUTE TOTAL BURDENED) onto production to resolve the issue outlined in <Note 2202242.1> (R12: Grants Accounting: Multiple Report Outputs Have Duplicate Expenditure Lines Listed).  New issue arose which involves separate batches with the same information that causes the output file to show 1 record in the GMS Costing & Funds Check on Usage/Misc Costs output report.
