Symptoms

Rating calls to SMC RATEWAREXL fail if the Locations have a 9 digit zip/postal code, since RATEWAREXL does not accept 9 digit zip code.
OTM is able to send out the 5 digit postal code when using External Rating Engine ID 'RATEWAREXL WITH CARRIER CONNECT'.
