Dispatch Center Gantt Chart Save Spread-table Preferences

Is it possible to save preferences in the Dispatch Center form?

Steps:

On the Dispatch center form -> gantt tab. The screen lists the resources, It contains the following columns:
Resource name, resource type, resource id, contact number, territory name,

We would like to move the Resource name and territory name columns so they are the first columns shown.. The form lets you drag the territory name column beside the resource name but it cannot be saves. The resource has to do this every time they open the form..
