On: 12.1 HRMS RUP9 version, Learner Component, Class Hyperlink

After generating the Hyperlink for a class it shows all of the users responsibilities with the heading:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Oracle Learning Management Administrator responsibility

2. Go to Catalog Administration

3. Choose a Catalog Object > Select a class > Click generate Hyperlink button

4. Open the Hyperlink

5. It shows all of the users responsibilities with the heading 'Please choose a responsibility under which to execute this function'
