Symptoms

When trying to enter or select an organization in the Item Template form (INVIDTMP.fmb), the following error messages appear:

NOTE: While this error was reported in R12.2, recompiling a form is always a valid option/troubleshooting technique for resolving errors such as the ones reported here.

 

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: ON-LOCK trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062


Steps

  1. Navigation: Inventory > Setup > Items > Templates
  2. Open the Organization LOV or enter a value manually and receive the error message.
