Symptoms

Problem Statement:
When user clicks on SOE report after running the quick pay and click on Personalize page then without changing anything user clicked on Return to Application the below error message appeared:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException, msg=ORA-00936: missing expression ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_SOE_UTIL", line 135 ORA-06512: at line 1


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run Quickpay
2. Open SOE Report
3. Click on Personalization
4. Click on Return to Application
