Copy / Find Concurrent Request Is Not Showing All The Previous Requests (Doc ID 2339376.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When submitting a new request, some previous reports do not display after clicking find.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Previously submitted reports should be listed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View->Requests->Submit a New Request->Single Request OR Request Set->Copy->Find.

Select Copy->Find in USR, the report that I ran previously is not shown as an option to copy.

Changes

 Several patches (78) were applied
