Symptoms

A ground schedule shipment is created. When attempting to perform standard action 'change start time' on this shipment, error as below is seen:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Shipment Management>>Select Shipment>>Perform Change Start Time
2. Error as above is seen
