On : 12.1.3 version, US Payroll - General
When attempt to create a new deduction element, getting following error:
ERROR

APP-PAY-50076: The supplied base name, "xxxxx", is invalid because it is already used by a user template within the same business group.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. US HRMS MANAGER>total compensation >Deduction
2- Create new element and when saving it took long time and user killed the session
3-When back again to deduction form , cannot see the element but when try to create it again with the same name it errors
