Symptoms


Shipments not created as per Multi Stop Planning Parameter Configuration

The customer is using a custom logic configuration for Multistop planning. They have set the following parameters:

Multistop Max Distance Between Deliveries = 250 Miles
Multistop Max Radius for Deliveries = 250 Miles


Yet when they plan orders they can see that the distance between Delivery Stops is far longer than 250 miles.
