When attempting to add supplier during negotiation,
the following error occurs.

“URI too long”

When transitioning between Sourcing and Supplier Analysis when the “Add Supplier” button is used within a negotiation. If the negotiation contains a lot of line items (>30) a “URI too long” error is generated.
If you disable Supplier Analysis you also disable the entire Command Center.
Need two buttons to differentiate the ADD SUPPLIER button. One for Supplier Analysis dashboard and Add Supplier
