Symptoms
After upgrading to 12.2.6, using Functional Administrator responsibility, users are experiencing performance issue and cannot Import/Export of Personalizations which eventually Fails with the following error :
"Error: Cannot Display Page"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility – Functional Administrator
Personalization * Import/Export * Personalization Repository or Exported Personalization
This keeps spinning and page do not load completely
