Goal

How to see Commitments in Project Status Inquiry (PSI) report?

- Querying PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS_V brings back requisitions according to the definition of PA_PROJ_REQ_DISTRIBUTIONS.
- Querying PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS only brings back one requisition.

Consequently the PSI report in form only shows this one requisition after running the "PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts for a Single Project" or "PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts".

The issue with not showing the requisitions in the PSI form is also happening with the standard definition of PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS_V.
