Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Invoice Issues & MassAdd
When attempting to validate an invoice tied to the purchase order - the following error occurs.
Error:
ZX.PLSQL.ZX_SRVC_TYP_PKG.UPDATE_EXTN_ATTRS ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-01403: no data found ZX.PLSQL.ZX_SRVC_TYP_PKG.CALCULATE_TAX User-Defined Exception
AP.PLSQL.AP_ETAX_UTILITY_PKG.Return_Error_Messages An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

Replication Steps:
1. Invoice Workbench - query the invoice.
2. Choose the option to Validate
3. Error is encountered.
