Goal

Following Technical Brief and Create Lease API example from unpublished Note 1376890.1 finds Lease is created but the following tabs are empty
LOCATIONS
BILLINGS

- Validated the passed values for those section exist and are valid
-the same can be create via application without issue

Please assist in correcting API script such that BILLINGS and LOCATIONS load with lease creation.
