Symptoms
On : 12.2 version, Transaction / BPA Related
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- BPA icon (Interactive Preview) when clicked from the transaction workbench displays the Invoice in the BPA template. When you print from this page - the document shows the user name in the upper right hand corner of the file.
As well you may see Navigation and Company logo etc.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- BPA icon - via the transaction workbench, customer is expecting the form/preview to display the same as 12.1.3 and be able to print from the preview of the inovice
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. transaction workbench - BPA Icon (Interactive preview)
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot use the BPA Icon to print invoices and send to customers.
