In Otm 6.4.2 Order Release Allocation View Does Not Show up for Allocations Done in Earlier Release of Otm

Symptoms
The customer is migrating from 6.3.7 to 6.4.2 and has noticed that for migrated orders, allocated data view is not available. The customer states that in 6.4.2 additional columns were added to allocation_order_release_d table and the view is pulling from these columns. Any new objects (buy/sell shipments, vouchers, Bills) that are being allocated in 6.4.2 show up fine in Order release view , however allocated data in 6.3.7 does not show up in 6.4.2 as they do not have these new columns populated.
