On : 12.1.3 version, GST Inventory
When attempting to run RTP for deliver,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO
2. Generate Receipt and ensure taxes are confirmed
3. Populate RCV Interface table but it is getting failed with above error
