Shipment Source Location Incorrectly Updated for Shipment with Depot Stops when sending ActualShipment

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A multistop shipment has been created with depot stops. When sending an ActualShipment inbound to OTM to modify the shipment, the shipment source location GID is incorrectly updated to the second sequential stop of the multistop shipment. However, the shipment stops are still in the correct sequence.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the shipment source location to remain unchanged and an be in co-ordinance with the shipment stops
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Send an ActualShipment inbound to OTM to update the respective shipment.
2. Navigate to Shipment Management -> Buy Shipments -> Buy Shipment and search for and select to edit the respective shipment
3. Within the 'Identification' tab of the shipment, the source location for the shipment will now be set to the second stop of the multistop shipment.
4. Navigate to the 'Stops' tab and notice that the sequence of stops is as expected.
