Goal
AD_MONITOR password has a default password. Oracle's E Business security scripts (2069190.1) identify AD_MONITOR as a security risk due to the default password. Although the account is locked we want to change the password to resolve the security audit finding.
What is the correct procedure to change AD_MONITOR's password? The Security Guide (E22952-17) does not have instructions in Category 5.
