Goal
Q1
We need to understand if we can expire current/old Journal WebAdi documents Permanently and only allow users to use new documents with Journal source "Spreadsheet" only so the new web Adi documents should not expire after a specific length of time from the creation date. And Old/current WeBAdi documents expires permanently so that source can never be editable for Webadi journals?
Q2 :
1. Suppose we create a Template "A". We save it to our Desktop and log out. Later can we fill up this Template "A" and upload entries?
2. Suppose we create Template "B". Immediately we set the profile option to 3 hrs. Will the Template "B" expire after 3 hrs?
3. Suppose we create Template "C" one hour after giving profile option. Will Template "C" expire with Template "B" or it will take another 1 hr more to expire.
4. Suppose after expiry we remove the Profile option. Will Template "B" or Template "C" be active again and we can upload using them.
