Stacking Compatibility Giving Inconsistent Results when Using 3D Load Configuration

Symptoms
The customer reports that they have two application servers. Occasionally, one of the two application servers was incorrectly returning infeasible for stackability when the order was planned. Using the same order and planning when connected to the second app server, the the server was correctly returning UPRIGHT LENGTHWISE. The customer bounced the first app server and after tested and it was returning the correct results.
Other inconsistent results might be observed with stacking compatibility outside of the scenario mentioned above.
