When the resource approval is initiated with a Single record then the following behavior is happening:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Approval Status: Working

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Approval Status: Submitted


STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Project Super User responsibility > search for Project Number

2. On the Resources tab

Select the respective Team Role having a valid start date and end date and enter the effort hours.
The Schedule Status is Provisional.
The Approval Status is Working.
