Tax Rates not Defaulted as per the Tax Category in TDS Tax Details Form (Doc ID 2350609.1)

Symptoms

TDS Tax details form not showing the tax rates as per the selected Tax category on saving the form . Users have to requery the TDS tax details form to check the tax rates as per the tax category

Expected Behaviour

Tax rates should be changed as per the Tax Category

Steps to Reproduce the issue

1. Log into Payables Responsibility

2. Navigate to Invoices-Invoices- India Tax Details

3. Select the tax category

4. Tax rates not changed as per the category
