GLLEZL: Error: ORA-00060 When Journal Import Is Submitted In Parallel For Multiple Ledgers (Doc ID 2350637.1)

Symptoms

Using custom process to load data into GL_INTERFACE. Then update both GL_INTERFACE and GL_INTERFACE_CONTROL tables with custom script.
Submit journal import from GL form itself and the Log shows:

Journal Import is submitted in parallel for multiple ledgers for user je source and this is not related to customization. Requirement is to be able to process multiple ledgers in parallel without deadlocks rather than running for more ledgers in serial.
