R12: OACORE Hangs Sporadically and Login-Page Is Inaccessible When Accessing Project>Setup Page (Doc ID 2350744.1)

Symptoms

Log into the application and choose responsibility "Project super User":
Navigate: Projects: Delivery -> Search Projects:

-Search for a project
-Go to project and open Setup.

The application web-page hangs sporadically and the login-page is inaccessible.

Below errors are thrown continuously when system became inaccessible :
