JMS test failed. [Security:090938] Authentication failure error after weblogic password change

We see following error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change Weblogic password using 2147135.1
2. login to BI Publisher and in Scheduler Configuration click on Test JMS


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use BIP Scheduler
