JBO-27022 Error Shows When Accessing a Requisition Approval Notification via Worklist (Doc ID 2351731.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open a requisition notification via worklist,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an iProcurement requisition and submit for approval
2. Login as an approver and navigate to worklist
3. Click on the notification to approve
4. Upon clicking the notification the error page displays
