Goal

Item Data Collection is showing:
Onhand is occupied by below pending transaction in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP due to which the same onhand is not allowed for any other transaction.

TRANSACTION_TYPE_ID  :  52 (Sales Order Pick)
TRANSACTION_ACTION_ID  :  28 (Staging transfer)
TRANSACTION_SOURCE_TYPE_ID  :  2 (Sales order)
MOVE_ORDER_HEADER_ID  :  <null>
MOVE_ORDER_LINE_ID  :  <null>
TRANSACTION_SOURCE_ID  :  <null>
PARENT_LINE_ID  :  26548421

The type of the pending transaction is showing it's Staging transfer of Sales Order Pick.
But it's not related to any move order line and any sales order line.
