Symptoms

When attempting to edit an itinerary, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Exception [070787] Cannot add the X_LANE record. X_LANE_GID must be unique.
java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (GLOGOWNER.PK_X_LANE) violated
