E-Busines Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Online Patching ADOP related issues

When applying the ADOP enablement <Patch 13543062> it completes successfully but the following messages are returned for script ADZDSHOWDDLS.sql:

CUTOVER 4 N - Not Executed

CLEANUP 8 N - Not Executed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Performing 12.2.6 upgrade following the 12.2 upgrade guide available here:

2. Apply the Online Patching Enablement <Patch 13543062>:R12.AD.C.

3. Check the CUTOVER and CLEANUP status, and confirm it shows as "Not Executed".

Performed a 12.2 upgrade which includes the application of <Patch 13543062>:R12.AD.C.
