Sales Order Is Closed While Line Status Is Awaiting Shipping (Doc ID 2353282.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales Order is closed but lines remain in 'Awaiting Shipping' status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Sales order lines need to be closed before the order is closed.

STEPS

The issue cannot be reproduced at will, but can be seen with the following steps:

Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility > Orders, Returns > Query the Sales Order from Sales Order Form
See the Header Status, It is Closed.
Go To Line Items tab and find that Line Status is Still Open.
