Symptoms

When trying to configure SIF to integrate with Fusion Integration For ERP, but Webservice is Timing Out

Error message:
javax.wsdl.WSDLException: WSDLException: faultCode=INVALID_WSDL: Error reading import of https://<HOST>.<DOMAIN_NAME>/publicFinancialCommonErpIntegration/: oracle.j2ee.ws.wsdl.LocalizedWSDLException: WSDLException: faultCode=PARSER_ERROR: Failed to read wsdl file at: "https://<HOST>.<DOMAIN_NAME>:<PORT>/fscmService/ErpIntegrationService?WSDL=/META-INF/wsdl/ServiceException.wsdl", caused by: java.io.InterruptedIOException. : java.io.InterruptedIOException: Connection establishment timed out

1. Workflow Administrator Web Applications Responsibility
2. Administrator Workflow
3. Business Events
4. Create oracle.apps.ar.vrm.coexist.fileupload.invoke
5. Create its subscription
6. Enter the URL for the web service and click on Next

https://<HOST>.<DOMAIN_NAME>/publicFinancialCommonErpIntegration/ErpIntegrationService?wsdl
