iStore user gets error "Required information is missing" "No Payment Type selected" and cannot choose the Place Order button after selecting payment type (Doc ID 2353621.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Checkout and Order Placement

Cannot choose the Place Order button

When one iStore user tries to checkout and place order using a credit card for payment type the following error is returned and cannot choose the Place Order button -

Required information is missing. Please go to the change button in the related sections to fill the missing information.

No Payment option selected
No Payment term selected

iStore Java debug log file shows:  

[oracle.apps.ibe.shoppingcart.util.PaymentTerm.load] Loading PaymentTermId null

[ibeCCkpOrdReviewIncl.jsp] Payment Type Missing

[ibeCCkpOrdReviewIncl.jsp] Some Required fields are missing

STEPS

Login as the IBE_CUSTOMER responsibility to iStore specialty store
Add items to the cart
Choose to Checkout and choose Credit Card for payment type
Choose continue to the Review and Place Order page
The Place Order button is not available

Error message displayed to the user indicating missing required fields.

Issue was reported by only one user for an existing shopping cart.
