Symptoms

Problem Statement
After Close Discrete Jobs(SRS) - WICDCL- runs, the following error is seen in a request log file and jobs status is set to "Failed Close"

Error
"Close date precedes the txn date for job XXXX"

Steps to Reproduce

Run Closed Discrete Jobs (SRS) (WIP > Discrete Jobs > Close Discrete Jobs)
Review a request log.
