The Changing Material Status Is Not Showed in Material Status History (Doc ID 2354134.1)

Actual Behavior
In Oracle Inventory Management, while activation organization as Onhand Material Status, for lot controlled items, onhand record Status is not deriving from Lot.

There are many items and lots exist onhand in different locators.
Now customer wants to activate control material status at onhand level, we tried on 1 organization, all current onhand change status to default, and this status changing are not showed in form Grade/Status history.

Expected Behavior
The changing status is showed in status history

Steps to Reproduce

1. Before activate onhand status tracking
   1. Setup item & locator
      Material status depend on lot status and locator status. This changing status is not showed in status history.
