The Uses Are Unable To Authenticate CAR Through Buyer Notification (Doc ID 2354456.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to authenticate CAR through Buyer notification.

The buyer then receives a notification indicating the Award has not been authenticated but when the buyer opens notification and clicks the Update FPDS-NG Reporting Information link from the Update FPDS-NG page, the system then changes user's reponsibility.

When the responsibility is changed, a system error is return. Additionally, the actions drop down list does not contains any options for selection. Thus preventing the user from authenticating the CAR through the notification.
