On : 12.2.7 version, Retirement & Reinstatement
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_PKG.do_calc_gainloss_asset returned failure when Reinstate Asset

Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UND_PKG.fagrin returned failure
FAGRIN: Fail to reinstate asset XXXXXXXXXXX
Cause: You have a database problem.
Action: Contact your system administrator.

Steps to Reproduce:
Using responsibility such as Fixed Assets Manager which has the ability to retire and reinstate assets:
1) Query a retired asset up in the Asset Workbench
Menu: Assets : Asset Workbench, query by asset number
2) Choose the Retirements button
3) Do a Find F11 to find the retirement on this asset which needs reinstatement.
4) Choose the Reinstate button.
5) Run Calculate Gains and Losses.
Menu: Other : Requests : Run
