Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Workflow Notification mailer


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Unable to send any Workflow Notification Emails though Mailer is up and Running

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All the Notifications Email should be sent if Mailer is up and Running

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send one Test Notification
2.Email is not sent.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: production
Due to this issue, users cannot approve/recieve notifications

Changes

 Brought up the Mailer after applying some Patches.
