Lease Contract 'Termination Transactions' is in 'Error'

Mass Rebook Failed for the contract

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User> Create partial Termination Quote
2. Termination Transaction fails with Mass Rebook Error
