The OTM default Ready to Ship Screen is rounding net weight and net volume in the order base line.

Example: If the OB line net weight is 19.20 LB, then RTS screen rounds the weight to 19 LB. If the OB line net volume is .53 CUFT, then RTS screen rounds the volume to 1 CUFT

Steps to Re-produce the issue:
---------------------------
1. Login to OTM
2. Create an Order Base
3. Order configuration with Allow over Releasing as Never
3. Enter an order base line with net weight and net volume with decimals
4. Save the order base
5. Go to OB line screen
6. select order base line and Actions -> Order Management - > Change Order -> Ready To Ship
7. RTS screen shows rounded weight and volume
