Purpose

Build a GST Reconciliation framework which identifies for any combination of given Registration No., Operating Unit, Organization, date range etc...all the problematic GST transactions having tax amount mismatch.

This is an important tool to be used in reconciling the GST tax amounts for a given period.

Following cases are covered in this note:

I.  OFI Transaction tax amount is NOT matching with that of the GST Subledger.

II. OFI Transactions tax amount is NOT matching with that of the corresponding GL Entry.

III OFI subledger tax amount is NOT matching with that of the corresponding GL Entry.

This Framework can be used to reconcile the tax data for the following transaction sources:

Payables  Standard Invoice, Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Prepayment
Receivables  Invoice, Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Advance Receipts
PO Receiving  Receiving, Delivery, Return to Receiving, Return to Vendor, Corrections
OM Shipments   Delivery
