Symptoms

When creating Logistics Lines in Depot Repair,  there are no Service Activity Codes available in the 'Service Activity' field.
Getting an error when trying to select Service Activities, which prevents users from creating Logistics lines.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a Repair Order

2. Enter Service Request and Repair Order information. Choose Repair type, and save.

3. Go to Logistics tab, and try to enter a Logistics Line

Error:

. While creating lines manually        => FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries.
. While creating lines automatically => Service activity selected for the logistics line is not defined for the item's billing type.
