Symptoms

When submitting a recommendation from Oracle Credit Management to 'Remove Order from Hold', why is the Sales Order not released from credit hold?

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Credit Management Superuser
Navigation: Analysis

1. Submit a recommendation on a case folder to 'Remove from Order Hold'
2. After running the ARCMGTAP workflow, verify if the Hold is released in Order Management
