Symptoms

Problem Statement
After tax exempt value change to standard from blank, then when sales order booked below message occur.

Error
You are not allowed to update Tax Exempt because:
User is not privileged to make changes to Tax Exempt Flag
FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL_OE_MESSAGE_TIMMER_PROCESSED does not exist.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Tax exempt value change to standard from blank
  2. Sales order book
