Workbench 'Default Saved Search' Queries Do Not Return Correct Results For Non User-in-Finder Queries (Doc ID 2357833.1)

Symptoms

Saved Queries created without "Use in Finder" checked are not working correctly when used in a Workbench. When used in a Workbench, the records returned are the same as in an Open Search. In a Finder Screen the query returns the correct records. Also, if you use a saved query with "Use in Finder" that is checked and assign it to a Workbench, the query returns the right records.
